A Unique Blend of Luxury & Nature
The Bodo word for BUTTERFLY inspires the name SIKHIRI. The property sits right on the boundary of the Manas National Park.
We have curated a lush forest and sprinkled it with distinct categories of cottages. The resort embraces nature, utilizing local species of Bamboo as a major construction component. This choice creates a natural jungle exterior, while the rooms offer plush luxury inside. We preserved the natural beauty of the outdoors, pathing it only with winding gravel walkways.
Similarly, our luxury cottages provide full amenities and private, perched sit-outs so you can enjoy solitude while remaining close to nature.
We designed another set of cottages to evoke a modern village feel, stay in private cottage while remaining close to each another. This setup also perfectly suits a single traveler on a long trip.
Sikhiri Cottages also features an outdoor swimming pool where you can relax after a hectic day of Safari rides. The property offers plenty of room to walk around.
Nudging the northern Park boundary on the bank of a gurgling, perennial stream, Sikhiri Cottages offers twenty-four exclusive, well-furnished cottages.
We painstakingly converted the surroundings into a botanical paradise featuring rare and beautiful trees, shrubs, creepers, and bamboos. The grounds showcase approximately 80 species of bamboo, 15 types of orchids, and around 60 varieties of trees/shrubs.
Our dedicated team arranges unforgettable Safaris for you. We curate activities for each guest, including wildlife sighting excursions by vehicle, on elephant back, or by raft. The raft safari starts at the Bhutan border and drifts down the Manas/Beki river to the southern park boundary, offering a truly unique adventure.
Located right on the boundary near the Manas National Park safari gate, the property features independent bamboo-fusion cottages with premium amenities and unparalleled views.
The Sikhiri Cottages is managed and operated under the company named “Off-Beat Tourism India Pvt. Ltd.”
