BOOKING TERMS

• Rates mentioned on website may differ from time to time.
• 50% advance payment at the time of booking and balance 7 days prior to arrival date.
• Booking will be deemed confirmed only post payment of advance.
• No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package/resort.
• We require prior notice for any airport/station transfer. Costings for this will be over and above the other booking costs.
• We request all guests to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card or Driving License and or PAN card as additional to other Govt issued ID’s.
• Guests who have paid online to carry the payment receipt in physical form or soft copy on mobile.
• Our standard check-in time is 1300 Hrs. and check out time is 1100 Hrs. local time.
• Subject to availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in and late checkout facility. If you wish  to guarantee an early check-in or late check out, you will need to reserve the room from the previous night or post night.
• Safaris are closed in different ranges on different days of the week. We may at times have to shuffle the schedule accordingly.
• Elephant Safari & Raft safari have a very limited number of seats/rafts and we advice our guests to book well in advance if in case you wish to use this facility.
• The forest department at times may close the parks on short notice for census or some exigency.
• In case any Indian guest wish to visit Bhutan side of Manas National Park then early information/booking will be better. Also original ID is must to enter Bhutan. Any one these ID will work – Passport/Voter Card/Aadhar Card.

CHILD / EXTRA ADULT POLICY

• Child below 5 years is complimentary.
• Children between 5-12 years will be charged INR 500.
• Above 12 years at INR 750.
• Adult will be charged additional INR 1000.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelled before 10 days of arrival 0%.
• If cancelled within 10 days of arrival 50% of total booking amount.
• In case of no show, 100% of booking amount.
• Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
• Festivals and long weekend bookings are non-refundable.
