50% advance payment at the time of booking and balance 7 days prior to arrival date.
Booking will be deemed confirmed only post payment of advance.
No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package/resort.
We require prior notice for any airport/station transfer. Costings for this will be over and above the other booking costs.
We request all guests to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card or Driving License and or PAN card as additional to other Govt issued ID’s.
Guests who have paid online to carry the payment recipt in physical form or soft copy on mobile.
Our standard check-in time is 1300 Hrs. and check out time is 1100 Hrs. local time.
Subject to availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in and late checkout facility. If you wish to guarantee an early check-in or late check out, you will need to reserve the room from the previous night or post night.
Safaris are closed in different ranges on different days of the week. We may at times have to shuffle the schedule accordingly.
Elephant Safari & Raft safari have a very limited number of seats/rafts and we advice our guests to book well in advance if in case you wish to use this facility.
The forest department at times may close the parks on short notice for census or some exigency.
CHILD / EXTRA ADULT POLICY
Child below 5 years is complimentary.
Children between 5-12 years will be charged INR 500.
Above 12 years at INR 750.
Adult will be charged additional INR 1000.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled before 10 days of arrival 0%.
If cancelled before within 10 days of arrival 50% of total booking amount.
In case of no show 100% of booking amount.
Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
Festivals and long weekend bookings are non-refundable.
