Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Booking is on a tentative basis and only upon deposit amount it shall get confirmed.
- The Guest needs to pay 50% of the total charges to confirm the booking.
- The resort is at liberty to cancel the booking if the advance amount is not received.
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Any advance will be refunded.
- The guest will be charged the full advance deposited amount if cancellation happens within 7 days of arrival.
- Refund will be done in the same process as the amount paid.
- The refund may take up to 10 days.
